Booking & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. Same-day cancellations will be charged a 50% fee. All no call, no show appointments will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

🚨Every client is responsible for reading and understanding Oshae’s policy before booking🚨
1. Please do not bring extra guest to your appointment! If necessary they need to wait for you in the car!
2. When you arrive to your appointment text Oshae saying “I’m here” I’ll let you know when to come inside.
3. If you need to reschedule same day you will be charged 50% of your service due to having to cancel the same day. Serious emergencies are acceptable and fee will be waived. Anything after 30 min will be cancelled.
4. Used BUNDLES BY OSHAE must be clean, dry and free of thread. If not you’ll be charged an extra $30.
5. Do not show up assuming a take down, that service needs to be booked during booking.
6. I will bleach knots and pluck your closure during your appointment! Please do not try to do it yourself! If you would like your bundles colored please drop off 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
7. Oshae does not accept outside hair/wigs. Please purchase your extensions/wigs on this site. Hair takes 3-5 business days to arrive, And I NEVER have the hair on hand. If you’re would like color added to your extensions/wigs make sure it’s added during booking and send your desired look to 336-380-0964 .
8. If your are relaxed and want a protective style you must wait 3 weeks for an install. Fresh relaxed hair receiving protective styles will cause too much stress on the hair!
8. For eyelash extensions, please come with clean lashes, remove any makeup. Also, Understand that these are individuals and I can only apply to what you have!
9. Please book your refill appointment according to how long it has been since your last appointment. The longer you wait for a refill the more time and more lashes will have to be applied! I will keep track of previous appointments!
10. Appointments booked outside my schedule will be an additional $40
